MEASURING PRINCIPLE

The 80G radar level meter adopts frequency modulated continuous wave (FMCW)technology.The antenna emits high

-frequency frequency modulated radar signals, and the frequency of the radarsignal increases lineary.The frequency

difference between the transmited radar signal and the received signal frequency is proportional to the measured

distance.The frequency diference signal is collected, and the frequency spectrum of the reflected echo is obtained

through fast Fourier transform(FFT), and the distance of the tested target is calculated based on this.

PRODUCT FEATURES

·Based on independently developed CMOS millimeter wave RF chips, achieving a more compact RF architecture,

higher signal-to-noise ratio,and smaller blind spots.

·80GHz FM wave radar •5GHz ultra wide FM frequency width, with a wide range of applications.

·The measurement accuracy can reach 2mm, and the emission angle can reach 3°.

·It can be installed on a ball valve through a long lead out pipe.

·Strong penetration, especially suitable for use in high steam and dust environments.

·Easy to debug, at least two parameters can be set to achieve measurement.

·One click false echo learning enables accurate measurement even with multiple interfering echoes.

·Support standard HART/RS485/MODBUS bus protocol.

APPLICATION AREA

The electromagnetic wave emission angle of the product is less than 3°, suitable for measuring in narrow spaces

or guided wave pipelines. The product can reach a measurement range of 150m, suitable for measuring large storage

tanks.The blind zone of the product measurement is within 2cm, suitable for measuring small storage tanks. The

product has extremely high measurement accuracy, suitable for high-precision measurement level. The product

has rich echo processing algorithms and experience data in various working environments; For extremely harsh

working conditions such as strong dust/steam or special proces storage tank applications with stirring/heating

rods, it has unique advantages that other similar products do not have.
